- *Regarding White Gold: ALBA does not add rhodium plating to our white gold items. The natural colour of unplated white gold is a warmer grey tone and may have a soft yellowish cast. If you prefer a whiter tone of metal we recommend Platinum as this alloy will not require re-plating.
- As each ring is set, engraved and finished by hand, each piece is unique and may therefore feature small variations compared to images online
- Please be aware that custom-made and bespoke pieces cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

All ALBA ring purchases come with one complimentary ring resize within 3 months of your purchase date. We are happy to resize ALBA rings at cost if the complimentary offer has expired or previously been used.
As all our designs are made to order, please choose carefully. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges given for change of mind. Custom designed, personalized, special order pieces, rush orders or items received as a gift are not eligible for exchange. Refunds or an exchanges may at times be offered in the case of manufacturing faults. Please see our Terms & Conditions here for more information regarding our returns and warranty policies. All our jewellery is entirely handmade. Pieces are delicate and should be worn and handled with care. NATIONAL
Your piece is insured by us from dispatch up until it is delivered into your care and signed for by you. All national orders are shipped complimentary via Australia Post Platinum Express service. Signature is required on delivery. The Australian Post network offers a next-day guarantee for this service – but please allow exceptions due delays that may be caused due to COVID. You will be contacted with a tracking number for your parcel once your order has dispatched Door-to-Door delivery by registered courier can be arranged by request. Please note an additional cost may be charged to customer for an order(s) dispatched via registered courier services. INTERNATIONAL
Your piece is insured by us from dispatch up until it is delivered into your care and signed for by you. All International orders are shipped via FEDEX at a flat rate of $50.00 AUD (+gst). Delivery time will vary depending on the intended address. Please email us at info@albafinejewellery.comfor an estimate delivery time on your orderPlease note Australian GST of 10% will be removed from all International orders.
